Thank you for your feedback. I'm delighted that our fantastic location worked so well for your stay and that you enjoyed our lovely rooms. I just checked our WIFi speed this morning and it seems to be running as fast as it should be, how ever at rush hour time I believe the speed might slow down due to everyone being connected at the same time. I would like to take the opportunity to apologize and will contact our internet provider and see how we can improve that.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review following your recent visit to Lindenufer Hotel. Although it is disappointing to know not all aspects of your stay were enjoyable. We are currently renovating a part of the hotel, including adding an elevator which will soon help you go to various level of the hotel more easily, as well as refreshing our rooms and bathrooms. Leider keine komplette Verdunkelung des Zimmers möglich. Es war Nachts sehr hell und ich habe schlecht geschlafen 1 year(s) ago
Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas älter, trotzdem war alles sauber.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das einzige was man wissen sollte, das es im zweiten Stock liegt ohne Aufzug. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Parkmöglichkeiten habe ich vermisst und hatte auch keinen Ansprechpartner im Hotel, da ich nach 20:00 Uhr angereist bin und die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war. 1 year(s) ago
